What counts as an outlet?▾
One physical restaurant location with its own QR code and prize pool. Cloud kitchens count. Pop-ups under 3 months are billed as event passes (S$200 each).
Can I pause for seasonal closures?▾
Yes. Deactivate an outlet anytime — billing prorates daily and stops immediately. Your data and config stay intact for 90 days. Reactivate when ready.
Is this PSG-eligible?▾
We are working on becoming a PSG-approved vendor under the IMDA SMEs Go Digital programme. Once approved, eligible SMEs can get up to 70% funded on annual packages. Email ernest@twsbranding.com for updates.
Do I own my customer data?▾
Yes. You can export your member list as CSV anytime. If you cancel, you have 90 days to download. After that, member data is permanently deleted unless you reactivate.
How is billing handled?▾
Stripe for monthly subscription billing. You manage payment methods, view invoices, and cancel through Stripe's customer portal. We're GST-registered and tax handling is automatic.
